A KIDNEY FOR LUCAS

My name is Lucas, I am a 32 year old male who has had auto immune disorders since I was 13. In April 2025 I was diagnosed with Lupus Nephritis and the damage caused my kidneys to fail, leading to starting dialysis in June of 2025. I am a husband and step father to a wonderful family, and the sole provider for my family, still working while going through this tough time. I have been fortunate enough to be able to do Peritoneal Dialysis which has allowed me to work, although it can be difficult. As of 10/16/2026 I am now on the transplant wait list at Erlanger hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
